You may participate in any combination of the three survey sections:

·      Compensation Plans
        (including executive annual and long-term incentive plans)

·      Executive Benefits and Perquisites

·      Employment Agreements
       (including severance and change in control)

All for-profit public or private companies are welcome to participate.

To obtain a copy of the questionnaire, complete the Sign-Up Form and fax it to HR+Survey Solutions or send us an e-mail using our e-mail contact form.  

In exchange for participating you will be eligible to:

·      Participate in our online webinars that will explore each
        topic in-depth (no charge).

·      Purchase the results (for a much reduced rate) that
        will provide detailed statistics on all the questions. 

The questionnaire is a user friendly Microsoft Excel file. We estimate four hours to complete the survey – though actual time will vary based on your company’s plans and the accessibility of the information.
