     (no charge), and

(2) Comprehensive tabulated results available for purchase (see below).

Fees

There is no charge to participate. During our Fall Webinar Series we will present an overview of the results – webinars are free of charge.

You may also purchase the final report which provides a comprehensive analysis of all the findings. A substantial discount is extended to participants.

You may participate in / purchase any combination of the three survey sections:
